Responsibilities
1.1Communication
Develop Skill of Project Leader as the interface to Customer, Communication hub to Project team.
Support if necessary Project Leader needs to escalate Project issue to upper management
1.2 Project planning and management
Develop Skill of Project Leader to plan his assigned project schedule
Ensure proper description and start of TLC as soon as new Project was assigned to PL
Monitor and coach each Project status with Project Leaders
2.1To confirm each Project status based on Project schedule with TLC format
2.2To follow up Project team meeting open issue in timely manner and frequency
2.3To ensure proper communication between Project Leader with Customer
Management of Capacity and Budget
4.1 Support PA and PCC as acting organizer (call the meeting and issue the reports)
4.2 Ensure CPD application for new project
4.3 To report Project Overview with standard reporting form
Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor, preferred in Mechanical,Electronic Engineering;
2, Minimum 6-year relevant working experience in project management and totally at least 12 years working experience, preferred in automotive industry.
3, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
5, Good command of English in both spoken and written;
6, Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
