职责描述：

Pur**e of **ition:
- To enforce all development related activities within validation team.
- To keep close contact to the customers, vendors and other departments.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop validation team with competence and maintain the stability.
2. To verify all validation internal and external specification. Negotiate with customer for deviation.
3. To approve and release the validation plan, report and internal specification.
4. To monitor and track the validation resources, equipment capacity and planning.
5. To forecast the future validation needs and prepare resources and investment analysis.
6. To report to the Section Manager, the progress of all his team.
7. Review test equipment maintenance and relocation support.
8. Apply the WCE methodology and working with WCE Principle.
9. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.




任职要求：

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above of Engineering, Mechanical, material, electronical or relevant majors, experience in the development of product reliability and reliability testing for automotive industry.
2. Good knowledge of validation and skill to solve engineering issues. PC skills especially in office software.
3. At least 5 years’ test experience and 2 years’ lighting test experience and team management skill.
4. High responsibility and team work spirits. Positive attitude to all the block points.
5. Management skill to developing and encouraging staff, negotiation and communication skill.
6. Be able to work in independently and orderly as well as succeed the tasks.
7. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
