职位描述

职责描述：
1.Lead and conduct the design review CR-QRC of ALCN projects, responsible for the risk check, solution pro**al, involve HQ experts and local experts in the review and make the CR-QRC reports and distribution, follow up the critical red item with high level risk.
2.Support CR-QRC of other Asia location(ALXG/ALMA/MMM) projects, contribute for the risk check and solution pro**al.
3.Involve in the activity of tacit information/knowledge transfer to explicit and support internal standardization tool generation / optimization, benefit design efficiency.
4.lnvolve benchmark lamps analysis activity, contribute for the good ideas finding, and implement in new project development.

任职要求：
1. University diploma;
2. Good experience of lamp design.(＞7 years experience)
3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
5. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
