职位描述

职责描述：
1. Coordinate local technical release of connectors and clarification of requirements/interfaces with all involved bodies (internal and external)
2. Contribute to local definition, selection and application of electronic/mechatronics systems in light technology
3. Coordinate new local developments of connectors together with suppliers
4. Contribute to standardization of plug systems/ Examination of PPAP documentation with support
5. Coordinate processing of the serial documentation for internal and external production
6. Support for quality management of complaints about plug systems
7. Support the design team for the best connector system choice according projects requirements and cost targets
8. Division of labor: approx. 30% CAD/Design/Documentation, 70% Project work
9. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Team leader.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor ‘s degree in Engineer for mechanical engineering/fine, engineering/electrical, engineering/physics or similar
2. Min. 5 - 8 years of experience in R&D according the definition, selection, testing and application of plug/contact systems
3. Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and release processes:
a) Plastic injection molding
b) Metal forming
4. Galvanic or chem. Contact
5. Construction and assembly of PCBs, soldering processes
6. Lines, connections to contact systems
7. Testing and validation of electronic components/ assemblies
8. Knowledge of automotive development and documentation processes
9. component releases PPAP
10. Knowledge of Catia V5 R19-R24 or comparable CAD systems
11. Knowledge of PDM Systems (example CDB)
12. Basic knowledge of mechatronic systems (controllers, drive units)
13. Knowledge of Electronics production processes as a basis for development tasks
14. Efficient and independent work, communication skills
