职位描述

职责描述：
• Scouting for new technologies & startups in relevant technology areas (APAC region)
• Build a network with innovation platforms & accelerators & incubators & universities for collaborative innovation projects
• Coordination of innovative project development and working close with R&D and other department
• Interaction with company strategic partner and working close with Sales
• Interaction with sensor product manager in APAC
• Coordination of ideation (generating ideas) for APAC market along the company strategy
• Interact with AL-teams worldwide working on innovation activities towards sensors and sensor integration
• Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.


任职要求：
• Master degree in electronic engineering or similar education
• 5+ years working experience in an international environment
• Experience in mobility & transportation sector, existing network welcome
• Technology & project management background
• Interested in technology & Mega Trends & in meeting new people
• Open minded personality interested to enter unknown fields with natural curiosity
• Able to work independent in a dynamic environment
• Self-starting person that can motivate others to push limits and to think out of the box
• Fluent Chinese & English language skills mandatory
• Willingness for domestic and oversea business trip
• Be able to work under pressure;
