Job Responsibilities
1. Define and support software architecture for innovative lighting system
2. To lead team member to analyze, generate and maintain software requirements
3. Manage working hours and cost
4. To evaluate the performance and leadership of his staff
5. Work with HR for staff hiring and people management
6. Provide necessary support on customer and other departments from software perspective
7. To report to the Dept. Manager the progress of all his tasks and status of the team.
8. To plan investment according to budget and project needs.
9. To keep close contact with HQ & ensure know-how transfer into local team according to company strategy
10. To enforce all quality related activities within his team.
11. keep close contact to the customers, suppliers and other departments.
12. To be accountable of the design done in his department.
13. To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
14. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by Dept. Manager.

Qualifications
1. Knowledge of multi-layer software architectures
2. Knowledge of software engineering technologies
3. Knowledge of AUTOSAR (depending on project)
4. Knowledge of operating systems for embedded applications
5. Knowledge of ISO26262 (Functional Safety)
6. Knowledge of Cyber Security
7. Experienced in C programming, software development tool chain, requirement management and automotive standards.
8. Knowledge of ASPICE

Capabilities & Desired Characteristics
1. Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher
2. Knowledge of relevant products including their functions and technologies
3. Knowledge of development process
4. Knowledge of relevant issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, RTC or ClearQuest)
5. Project management basics
6. Usage of office software
7. Good spoken and written English
