职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Work with external suppliers and internal customers to meet aggressive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives through effective identification, prioritization and implementation of opportunities for electronic parts include PCBA, ECU, passive and active components.
2. Effectively manage multiple quoting and sourcing activities within the region to support new & current AL business including supplier changes within a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
3. Drive negotiation of commercial terms and implementation of supplier contracts with respect to items such as cost, tooling, lead time, shipping, warranty & inventory and payment terms. Steering and supervising target achievements status & responsible for KPI reporting for the assigned projects.
4. Prepare, review and communicate sourcing preview and reports on activities and goal attainment for the region to direct manager.
5. Lead quick cost estimation and support engineering team with prototype sourcing.
6. Align with regional/global commodity team in development and implementation of strategies and/or supplier strategies within the region.
7. Early identification of supply chain risks by continuous monitoring of demand changes and comparison to contracted or available quantities at suppliers.
8. Support the region’s finance, quality and logistics functions where necessary to ensure the lowest cost, highest quality, and most reliable delivery of components and materials.
9. Monitor and manage the implementation of key milestones for each program.
10. Together with Line Manager streamlines purchasing process to increase synergies by bundling or dual sourcing to increase efficiencies and savings.
11. Guide and manage team members in implementation of job duties; Preparation of having a forecast and a current status about actual workload and capacity.
12. Perform all duties in a professional and ethical manner and maintain Company confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5-6 years of purchasing or sourcing experience in an automotive environment, 2-3 years experiences in leading a team.
. Bachelor or higher degree in commercial or engineering; a strong background in the electronic and low-cost sourcing is a Plus.
· Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure, with experience balancing multiple priorities.
· Excellent analytical, organizational and communication/report (oral & written) skills in both mandarin and English.
· Ability and willingness to develop and drive implementation of strategies to a successful conclusion.
· Advanced capabilities utilizing MS Office products and SAP systems.
· Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to challenge, influence and build consensus.
· Ability to lead and manage people including direct reports.
