As [China MMS leader], you will:

• Lead and calibrate the MMS Implementation in the China region by promoting the China OPS Academy
• Execute the standardization activities to improve the plants competitiveness in terms of SQCT and MMS Ranking
• Enhance the China MMS Speed by Best OPS practice sharing, Workshops and digitalization activities across Plants and Divisions

What you will bring:
• Bachler degree of Engineering or above
• At least 8 years in Lean experience, automotive industry environment is preferred
• Good interpersonal, problem solver and communication skills
• Fluent English in speaking and writing

• Finance knowledge
• Project Management Experience
