主要职责:
市场调研,经常拜访客户,为马瑞利产品开发新机会。
为客户制定年度战略和运营计划,包括销售和市场计划,管理和激励团队执行和实现销售计划目标,定期进行客户审查,确保销售和产品开发项目顺利进行。
主导销售报价活动,包括从客户那里收集新的RFQ信息,启动和主导报价阶段,负责管理内部成本计算和报价,主导与客户的谈判,进行报价分析并启动中标项目。
领导项目销售活动,包括合同审查和谈判,ECR报价,客户里程碑活动支持,样品定价谈判,SOP升级支持和项目负责人控制CM。
指导客户年度销售计划的实施和销售目标(BDG)的完成,更新月度销售预测,制定并指导实施价格策略,实现业务利润**大化。
跟踪客户的付款情况,包括日常货物付款和项目一次性付款,确保所有付款在合理的时间内按时完成。
与客户建立良好的关系,包括作为客户和内部的接口,**负责客户满意度。
主导相应客户的营销和策略。
支持总部客户经理寻找新机会和市场活动等。
支持销售经理的报告工作。
及时完成上级交办的其他任务。经理。

要求学士学位
至少8年中国汽车行业工作经验
良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力
基本的计算机技能
有国内OEM的bd经验。

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Work as interface between customer and Marelli for sales target and customer satisfaction in line with company business strategy, problem solve related with customer and China Marketing support.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market research, frequently visit customer, develop new opportunities for Marelli products.
Develop annual strategic and operating plans for the customer including sales and marketing plans , Manage and motivate the team to perform and achieve sales plan targets , Conduct regular account reviews to insure sales and product development projects are on track .
Lead Sales Quotation activities, including new RFQ info collection from customer, Launch and lead Quotation stages , Responsible for managing internal cost calculation and offer , Lead negotiation with customer , Make Quotation analysis and Launch awarded project .
Lead Project Sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, ECR quotation , customer mile stone activities support , sample pricing negotiation, SOP ramp up support and control CM with Project leader .
Direct the implementation of customer annual sales plan and delivery with sales target (BDG) , update monthly sales forecast, formulate and direct implementation of pricing strategies to maximize business profit .
Follow up Payment of customer, including daily cargo payment and project lump sum payment, to ensure all payment on time within reasonable time frame.
Build up strong relationship with customer, including act as Interface between customer and internal, fully responsible for customer satisfaction .
Lead marketing and strategy of corresponding customer.
Support Customer Manager in HQ for new opportunity and marketing activities etc.
Support Sales Manager for reporting activities.
Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Direct. Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
B.S. degree need
Minimum 8 years China auto industry working experience
Good oral and written English communication ability
Basic computer skill
BD experience with domestic OEM.
CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT:
Excellent communication skill , customer management experience
Willing to frequent travel over China and good at teamwork
