Pur**e of **ition:
To define the valuable customer group and key customer attack strategy, assisting GM and R&D to decide the product strategy.
To develop PS business in China expanding Company’s customer portfolio and brand new innovative product selling (VDCM, Actuator, BMS, etc) and increasing the yearly turnover and order acquisition.
To promote Company’s products and technologies through market’s analysis, focusing on target customers and identifying the most suitable cooperation way (OEM, tier 1, JV, …).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Investigate trend of China's both Internal combustion engine and new energy vehicle market and seek opportunities for cooperative development of new energy vehicle components.
2. Research competitors' products and pricing strategies in the Chinese market, providing intelligence support to Global Product team
3. Identify business opportunities and customers to drive the organizations sales growth market for all new strategic products
4. Work with sales team to maximize sales revenue and sustainable growth
5. Research and develop the new products selling model and achieve the assigned target of order acquisition and ensuring profitable awards
6. Proactively introduce new technology/product from PS global R&D team,and get the RFQ, supporting and ensuring the 5 - year business plan execution
7. Creatively work with potential customers, commercial vehicles, tier 1 auto parts to identify new business model;
8. Establish partnership with external companies to develop new products or optimize existing products
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above preferably in Business Management and/or Program Management;
2. Minimum 10 year relevant automotive working experience in a Foreign Invested Company;
3. Have a solid experience in the auto engine field and have in-depth understanding of the customer in the engine section or the Electric Vehicle customers.
4. Proven track record of the significant program awards and fast business growth history
5. Knows theory of APQP/PPAP;
6. Capacity to apply ISO/TS16949, Project Management, General Product Knowledge.
7. Good knowledge of Making effective presentation, P1, Financial knowledge and P&L understanding.
8. High knowledge of Quotation knowledge, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Offer & Contract Management.
9. Outstanding communication, high potential to build connection with customer.
10. Strong negotiation skills.
11.Fluent level of English both spoken and written.
Training:
1. Knows theory of APQP, PPAP;
