As [Commodity Supply Quality - Connector], you will:
• Coordinating Process Audits activities within the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Community
• Being “One-voice” towards Suppliers across all involved Business Lines
• Granting, within the Supplier Development Engineers Community, the APQP and PPAP approval before Start Of Production granting a safe ramp-up.
• Maintaining and developing the competencies within the involved SQA network
• Application of APQP tools through Program Reviews, when applicable
• Ensuring the Qualification of New Components in projects before Start Of Production
• Negotiating and signing Quality Specification with Suppliers
• Organizing and take lead regular Quality Management Meeting also performing regular technical visits to Suppliers for continuous development.
• Granting Supplier use of state of the art processes
• Creat new Suppliers / plant / Supplier technologies evaluation including VDA Potential audit execution
• Performing regular technical Suppliers visits to guarantee that the state of the art, the relevant Lessons Learnt and best practices are implemented within Suppliers processes.
• Participating actively to the Commodity strategy update in line with the Purchasing Commodity
• Supporting actively R&D for the definition/ introduction and launch of new technology
• Driving escalation process in case of major and/or cross Business Lines Quality issues
• Supporting Business Lines to organize and lead technical meetings, drawing/specifications reviews with Suppliers, when required



What you will bring:
• Education degree: Preferred Electrical, Electronic, Industrial degree or equivalent
• Length of professional experience: Minimum 5 years in semiconductor quality fields (including process audit) with ex**ure to automotive Quality standards

• Willing to travel (30-50%)
