MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support to promote company branding via various activities and ensure a good environment through internal communication channels, like internal newsletter and so on to fully support business development
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
• Drive the Campus Hiring program from Country side to meet business needs and promote company branding
• Manage & optimize the recruitment channels together with Purchasing, including the campus hiring, headhunt agency, job board to meet various request from division/Plant side and better support future business needs;
• Annual review the performance of headhunting agency, control the budget and optimize together with Purchasing
• Support division HR on recruiting activity and take monthly tracking from Country side
• Set up internal talents pool to ensure the talent pipeline and support the succession plan
• Support to fulfill the hiring demand according to the annual hiring plan from China HQ
• Manage the newcomer on board process and probation evaluation from Shanghai side

• Be responsible to launch various internal communication activities, including but not limited to internal newsletter, following up with people survey

OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management;
Obtain solid HR knowledge, in auto industry is preferred;
At least 5 years recruiting working background in the international companies;
Mature, team player, good communication skills;
Good command of English, both in oral and written;
Good command of PC, especially for Excel application.
