Pur**e of **ition:
Under guidance to support the centralized compensation and benefits activities that foster the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the overall reward strategy.
Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and develop recommendation/modifications to compensation &benefit programs and procedures.
Conduct compensation and benefits market survey and trend analysis, provide constructive salary pro**al for management
To involve in key C&B Projects’ implementation, e.g. pay structure, performance management, C&B survey and benefit review etc.
Monthly C&B report preparation, labor cost calculation.
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor degree;
At least 3 years C&B working experience in a sizable multi-national company, familiar with Automobile industry is preferred.
Excellent in operating MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Results-oriented, excellent analytical, logical and systematic.
Excellent execution, drive for result, able to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of the local labor laws and procedures;
Good command of English in both spoken and written;
Capabilities & Desired Characteristics: Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
