职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Production Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.生产计划工作任务，指导任务并协助实现生产目标。
2. Responsible for employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.负责处理员工、工艺和质量问题，以及快速纠正措施。
3. Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime. 负责管理废品、每小时生产标准、效率、停工期和加班。
4. Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc. 协调生产活动与支持功能，如维护、材料、制造工程、质量、安全等。
5. Check operator’s training level and work discipline, responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.检查操作工的培训水平和工作纪律，负责通过辅导、培训、激励和咨询来发展生产人员的技能。
6. Ensures open lines of communication among shifts,with the all appropriate support personnel.确保各班之间及所有适当的支持人员的沟通渠道畅通。
7. Responsible for maintaining elements of safety and 5S for assigned manufacturing lines.负责维护指定生产线的安全和5S
8. Review lines hourly performance and follow immediate action plan progress审查生产线每小时的表现，并跟踪立即纠正措施行动的进度
9. Monitor and improve lines’ manpower efficiency and balance the requirement监督和改善生产线的人力效率并平衡需求
10. Drive and follow long term action progress and effect推动和跟踪长期行动的进展和效果
11. Emergency issue handling紧急问题的处理
12. Backup of Shift Leader/Line Leader的替补人员
13. Responsible for Shift Leader, line leader & operator performance evaluations.负责对Shift leader, Line Leader及操作工的绩效评估。
14. Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures遵守并支持健康、安全和环境计划、政策和程序。
15. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment.负责发展和持续改善安全的工作环境。
16. Other tasks assigned by superiors其他上级所分配的任务

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 8 year of related experience，Colleague or above.至少有8年的相关经验,大专及以上学历。
2. Knowledge of and skills in SAP and ZFPS具有SAP和ZFPS的知识和技能。
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.有能力管理多个任务和优先事项。
4. Able to act independently with minimal supervision.能够在**少的监督下独立行动
5. Electrical and mechanical aptitude.电气和机械方面的能力
6. Sound decision making ability.健全的决策能力
7. Fluent in both written and oral English.英语书面和口语能力
