Your tasks:


* Optimizing production processes and making them more effective by implementing lean production tools in the entrusted part of production.
* Managing workshops and training employees in lean production tools based on his/her own qualification.
* Regularly checking the fulfillment of lean production standards at stations in the entrusted part of production.
* Pro**ing process improvements, collecting improvement pro**als from employees and introducing them into practice with the goal of continuously making the production more efficient.
* Planning deadlines of the introduction of changes and necessary qualified resources based on the yearly action plan.
* May be administering the lean production documentation coming from central HQ, so that it is always up to date and available in the local language.
* Regularly performing physical audits of the observance of standards according to the lean production methodology in production.
* Checking all stations and machines in the whole production operation with the goal of detecting deviations and imperfections.
* Preparing reports of audit results, pro**ing ways of eliminating imperfections according to standard methodological procedures and forwarding them to superiors.

Your profile:


* 1 – 3 years lean related experience in international manufacturing company.
* Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Proficiency in MS Office software.
* Lean methodology training & application experience, e.g. VSM, TPM, 5S, Line Balance, Standardized Work, etc.
