We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality Dept. at our location in Zhangjiagang.




Your tasks:





* Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate.
* review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)
* Customer approval for mass production change.
* Customer audits and follow-up.
* CSR evaluation and negotiation.
* Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.
* Quality target definition for new project.
* Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…)
* Sample quality assurance.
* Lessons learnt for new projects.
* Other tasks assigned by the manager.







Your profile:





* Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
* Project quality, quality planning or customer quality experience is required.
* Bachelor degree or above.
* Fluent in both written and oral English.
* Quality systematic all over knowledge.
* Quality planning ability.
* Problem solving skills.
* Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, project management…
