职位描述

Your tasks:


* Project team setup once the new project launches (cEnigs gate A3 release).
* Make detailed project development plan and lead cross-functional team to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Based on project milestone, ensure the completion of actions such as drawing design/release based on customer technique input, raw part purchase, equipment and fixture readiness, engineering sample build, DV/PV validation, cEngis gate release etc within the timing requirement.
* Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedure.
* Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews FMEA, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed.


Your profile:


* Working experience At least 5 years’ related experience in industry (Automotive background an advantage).
* Education Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Full business English in both oral and written.
* Mature and responsible leader with the ability to both work in teams as well as to lead, drive and motivate teams.
* Evaluate and manage risk; Assess priorities and critical path to enable successful product launches with available resource.
