职位描述

Your tasks:


* Manage plant QMS to meet the requirements from Corporate & Division, IATF16949, customer special requirement and all safety/ regulation standards.
* Lead internal and external audit, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for continuous improvements of audits from 3rd. party, customer, corporate and others.
* Be responsible for rollout and implementation of actions according to the strategic plans from Q. function of Corporate, Division and Product Line.
* Monitor quality KPIs including NCT, NCC, 0KM PPM and supplier PPM etc.
* Work with project management, process engineering, production and other functions to develop corrective and preventative actions to drive quality improvement and cost reduction.
* Be responsible for daily quality management and problem-solving process for supplier issue. Leading supplier development in case of ES1.
* Support and work with SDE team in case of ES2 or higher-level escalation.
* Drive customer satisfaction in quality through following related process to handle customer complaint (0KM & Warranty) and continuous improvement. To be window to communicate with customer for quality issue in terms of root cause analysis, corrective action and implementation status update.
* Escalation according to the related directive in case of special quality issues as defined.
* Prepare monthly reports of QM department, management review report according to related directive.
* Manage and develop quality organization of CT-ZJG plant.
* Leading for operation planning for Q. function in CT-ZJG plant and budget control.
* Tasks assigned by line manager.

Your profile:


* At least 8 years working experience and 3 years quality manager experience in automotive industry.
* Bachelor's degree or above with Engineering background.
* Fluent English in speaking and writing.
