Your tasks:


* Responsible for preventive of the production machinery in PLC side.
* Continuously driving OEE improvement, Improve machine downtime in PLC Side.
* Collaborates with others for the assessment of equipment set up, the installation of new PLC systems and modification to existing ones.
* Assesses suppliers and raises PR.
* Keep PLC programming running smoothly and HMI without bug.
* Involve new project, support launch, equipment engineering solution developing, line setup and commissioning.
* Provides technical guidance to engineer supervises.
* Coordinate, train and motivates other guys, allocates work according to priorities.
* Handles relations with outside suppliers, providing advice on PLC programming and training, collect new production technology or equipment and tool.

Your profile:


* 5~8 years manufacturing experience on PLC programming related, Automotive / Chassis component industry experiences is a plus.
* Experienced at Simens serial PLC, Kuka Robot, Keyence camera, Cognex camera, scanner, sensor technology.
* Bachelor degree in related fields.
* communicate with foreigners and fluent at reading.
