Your tasks:
* Responsible for all HR ops settlement for employee lifecycle management in APHQ, including onboarding, Leaving, Internal transfer, status change etc.
* HR system maintenance, update of internal employee database, including MHS, CDP etc.
* Employment relation process support and management, conduct the contract & intern agreement management, personal file management, issuing working certificates and etc.
* Support payroll related jobs, and other jobs requested by HR Ops manager.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Around 2 years HR operation working experience.
* Good Microsoft Office skill and strong in Excel.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, be able to work under pressure.
