职位描述

岗位职责：
1. Review test requests with customer. Identify the deviation between our capacity and capability and customer requirements. Refine current test, design/develop new test to increase core design capability of engineering team.
2. Make test plan to comply with product engineering development.
3. Compile test instruction and equipment operation instruction before test start and train technician.
4. Prepare and confirm fixture, tool, EPS tune, EPS software before test.
5. Execute test. Test setup, test parameter, data collect, test record and etc.
6. Trace and report test progress, test issue and failure, test issue development during test.
7. Analyze and interpret test data, compile test report.
8. Equipment management: repair, maintenance, upgrade, new purchasing, spare part, calibration, intermediate checks and etc.
9. Manage tool, sample and fixture.
10. Analyze and solve engineering issue.
11. Base in ZJG plant.
任职要求：
1. Master or bachelor major in Electrical/Electronic/Electro-Mechanical/Automotive or its equivalent. Experienced individuals are preferred.
2. Solid knowledge of engineering test. Experience on data acquisition and processing.
3. Programming skill with one of LabView/C/Python/VB.
4. Knowledge of NI and Vector product: Diadem/labview/CANape.
5. Able to read electronic/electrical scheme.
6. Able to read mechanical drawings.
7. Fluent verbal and written English.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of team.
9. “Hands-on” working style is a must.
