Your tasks:

* To continue the establishment of a Local Area Network (that covers the full factory site), that will support initially a local E-MAIL, shared printer resources and access to centrally held master information and files.
* When established maintenance of systems and equipment is required with the assistance of equipment suppliers.
* To establish a standard PC operational procedure, software configurations and file configurations with the aim of having standard PC setups and legal original and controlled software installed.
* To establish a control procedures to ensure a virus free site and put into place a regular weekly back up procedure for all PC users.
* To evaluate the IT training needs of all users, relative to their job responsibilities, evaluate an acceptable performance level and organize training programs that can be used if necessary to overcome any performance gaps.
* To develop and maintain an agreed IT that support the company's business objectives.
* To further develop the E-MAIL system, in line with TRW standard guidelines, to support the interface with the TRW global communication systems.
* Fix Asset and consumable management for computer, printer, server and other IS related equipment.
* Make sure all IS application, procedure and document fully comply with SOX, regularly SOX compliance check and keep document on hand for internal or external audit.
* Production IT technical knowledge.
* Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Your profile:

* ＞=3 years’ experience in the IT manage fields.
* Communicate with foreigners and fluent at reading.
* Overall knowledge and hands-on experience in LAN/WAN net working.
* Web development skills - HTML, ASP, DCOM, XML, J**A, JSCRIPT.
* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or MIS.
