职位描述

We are looking for a new colleague in the ME Dept. at our location in Zhangjiagang.
Your tasks:

* Responsible for the management of the high-frequency quenching process, including the preparation, maintenance and management of process documents, process parameter maintenance and management, tooling and fixture management, etc.
* Responsible for handling process issues of high-frequency quenching equipment and its automated production line, such as equipment operation, tooling and spare parts, model change, equipment modification, etc.
* Responsible for participating in the development of new projects, assessing the feasibility of quenching, preparing fixtures, trial production and sample delivery, and tracking.
* Participate in audits and improve open issues, such as standard audits, customer audits, etc.
* Participate in daily production/quality activities, such as production management meetings, personnel training, quality improvement, 5s, lean improvement, CQI-9 and FMEA review, etc.

Your profile:

* At least 5 years of experience in heat treatment operations or at least 5 years of relevant formal metallurgical education and heat treatment experience.
* Familiar with CQI-9 special process standards.
* Bachelor’s degree or above in heat treatment and metal materials engineering related majors.
* Excellent writing and speaking ability in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project,
* Auto CAD, 3D Inventor is a plus.
