职位描述

MISSION工作目标
☒ Industrialize the tire size which respect Product performance and Industrial performance.
在尊重产品性能和工业性能的前提下工业化轮胎尺寸。
☒ Define robust green model to respect cured definition (Cross section, Weight) and Industrial target (Productivity, Quality, Safety)
在尊重硫化定义（结构、重量）和工业目标（生产率、质量、安全）的前提下，定义稳健的生胎模型。

☒ Green tire definition (Geometry)根据几何构造设计生胎
☒ Product standard产品标准
☒ Product performance产品表现
☒ Industrial performance工业化表现




ACTIVITIES工作内容
☒ Risk analysis: To lead to make the Process risk analysis of green tire definition with Process technician in order to robustify the model for product performance and industrial performance.
风险分析：与工厂技术人员一起对设计的生胎进行过程风险分析，以强化产品性能和工业性能模型。
☒ Design Guide: To participate to define and follow the guideline for design in order to avoid risk for future and for the following extension sizes.
设计指南：参与定义和遵循设计指南，避免在未来和后续扩展规格发生风险，；
☒ Standard design: To lead to define plant standard design with Tire designer in order to minimize leadtime, maximize productivity and robustify the quality.
标准设计：与成品胎设计工程师共同确定工厂的标准设计，以尽量缩短交货时间，**大限度地提高生产率和质量。
☒ Green tire geometry: To define geometry of each semi-finish components and production process.
生胎设计： 确定每个生胎半部件的几何形状和生产工艺。
☒ Production quality: Improve industrial performance by robustify the before cure model
生产质量： 通过强化硫化前的模型提高工业化的能力






PRE-REQUIREMENT任职资格要求
☒ At least bachelor in technical cursus
本科以上学历
☒ Significant previous similar **itions, at least 3 years in tire companies
曾担任过类似职位，至少三年以上相关岗位的经验
☒ good knowledge of tire specification, tire design
有很好的轮胎设计经验
☒ good at English
英语良好
