MISSION



☒ To Develop and maintain a consistent RDI capacity planning strategy (RDI: Research Development Industry)

☒ To Define resource requirements for all teams dealing with RDI projects, ensuring that resources are aligned to customer’s specifications, and respecting Sentury internal standards



RESPONSIBILITIES



☒ Manage and create a small team of Forecasting & Planning Analysts

☒ Create and maintain a reliable portfolio of all active RDI project consuming critical resources

☒ Identify and pro-actively manage resources conflicts to insure project milestones on time





ACTIVITIES



☒ Create Gantt charts (MS project or PLM or …) of projects

☒ Gather and summarize the complete demand in the project’s portfolio

☒ Follow up of the milestones (gates) requested and contracted into the portfolio

☒ Capture and book the RDI requests

☒ Identify the peaks of activities versus the allowed capacities

☒ Update the portfolio when it is necessary

☒ Pro**e to RDI entities managers or Steering committee, if necessary, a resources arbitration for decision

☒ Organize and regularly communicate the resources forecast to RDI entities and Steering committee

☒ Animate the RDI S&OP

☒ Develop the team and ensure relevant expertise is available inside Capacity Planning department

☒ Identify and implement new technology (tool) for planning (software and or any other in-house systems).





PRE-REQUIREMENT



☒ At least bachelor’s degree in technical cursus, master degree preferable

☒ Previous working experience in planning departments with high ex**ure to project management (more than 5 years)
