MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Planning:
Ensure the customer demand /information,supply delivery.
To proactive analysis of actionable, coherence and consistency of customer data.
To review the monthly production capacity analysis based on validated Customer demand with team member.
To make the scientific sensitivity with validated customer demand. Foresee customer real demand and adjustment based on market situation.
To communicate with customer on complaints/emergency issue and take effective actions with relative functions (QMC…..).
To analysis variability and reliability of monthly and yearly delivery compared with customer demand,
To work out target stock level of finish goods.
On time delivery performance review with team member to customer follow up .
Control logistic cost minimize premium freight.
• Production Planning:
Review the monthly Production Plan based on accepted Customer.
To follow up the production plan achievement (PVS). Ensure internal manufacturing planning is setup and under monitoring.
Suggest to the production the priorities and the workforce saturation point.
Review production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
Support team member to Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing
Efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and accounting.
To achieve and maintain the FERT & WIP stock level at or below the targeted level.
• Team Management
Train and develop customer & production planning team to improve their work performance, discipline and their potential for further career advancement with the Logistic.
Informing/updating Logistic manager on major issues that affect production plans, and customers’ schedules.
Any other task from Logistic manager.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor Degree with Logistics/Engineering Majors.
LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English
EXPERIENCES:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• At least 3 years leader **ition experience;
CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT: Good communication and planning skills.
• Strong leader ship
• Problem solving and analysis techniques.
• Positive attitude and High pressure resistance
• SAP (WM module) operation and logic knowledge
