职位描述

• 0 Safety accident and monitor employee operation fulfill the Safety requirement.（including suppliers vehicle/forklift operation/goods stacking/materials sorting etc.）
• To keep raw material warehouse clean and do the 5s work well, and check the daily 5S work in this area.
• Raw materials warehouse management （including raw materials receiving/storage/materials preparing）
• Daily checking task：Check receiving work:（including batch no. , receiving label etc. and if obey the FIFO rules when put the material on right **ition）；Monitor the cycle counting work；Check the accuracy of SAP operations including the receiving /issuing /backlash. If there are some problems take record and communicate with related person then Solve
• Suppliers management （receiving time table/SSR/JIT）
• Raw materials Preparing following production planning
• Standardization of operations （To ensure employee do the correct operation follow the warehouse management rules/Working instruction /FIFO etc.）
• Efficiency promotion （to improvement warehouse operation efficiency/Area utilization promotion/ key materials storage etc.）
• Warehouse cost control （include HC control /OT/maintenance cost/LL）
• Warehouse operators management，personal training
• Adjusting storage location and inventory strategy before new project SOP
• Accomplish the temporary tasks arranged by manager.



REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): At least Junior college Degree.
LANGUAGES: NA
EXPERIENCES:
• ·minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
• ·At least 2 years on shop floor leader experiences

CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT: Good team work and communication skill
• Familiar with logistics and store knowledge.
• PFEP knowledge
• Problem solving and analysis techniques.
• SAP and accounting management knowledge
• Good at Office tools
