DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Develop and grow market share in the region through distribution channel partners.

 

• Grow sales revenue year over year, in a dynamic geographic region.

 

• Identify, manage, and close opportunities - follow up on leads, quotes, service.

 

• Provide a coordinated pre-sales engineering support; negotiate pricing, coordinate product deployment logistics, and **t-sales support for successful project deployment.

 

• Be a digital disruptor, utilizing multiple methods of communication to establish relationships with current and potential partners and customers.

 

• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

 

• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues, sales strategy.

 

• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

 

• Tracking on partner orders and stock.

 

• Assist in company and partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.

 

• Coordinate with direct selling sales to grow up distributed business in the region.

 

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 

• 5+ years of channel management and sales in the Renewables Space.

 

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution selling and/or consultative approach through application and marketing techniques.

 

• Proven track record and ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences.

 

• Must understand how to work with strategic partners, distributors.

 

• Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.

 

• Success-oriented, flexible and a team player.

 

• Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment.

 

• Relevant education (min. Bachelor degree) in Electrical Engineering combined with a keen affinity for Solar products.

 

• Fluency in both Arabic and English. Chinese Language is a plus.

 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Solar Experience, in the distributed generation / roof top market. Preferably in South Africa region.
