职位描述

职责描述：
Develop and optimise service products and solutions to improve the products’ reliability,
repairability and serviceability
! Define appropriate warranty period, extended warranty and maintenance solutions
throughout the product lifecycle.
! Define the scope of work for project delivery and service solutions.
! Optimise various service processes and procedures, including the commissioning,
corrective, preventative and predictable maintenance plans.
! Monitor and improve the quality of services to improve customer satisfaction
! Develop the documentations and coordinate trainings for regional service engineers and
service partners to ensure that they are well-trained and equipped to carry out service duties.
! Provide on-site commissioning and troubleshooting support.



任职要求：
! Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, renewable energy or related discipline
! Minimum 5 years’ experience in the renewable energy industry
! Fluent in both English and Chinese, exceptional communication skills
! Able to travel overseas regularly to meet with clients and oversee project progress in APAC
region (primarily within Southeast Asia)
! Superior time management and organisational skills
! Be a team player and pay great attention to detail
