Responsibilities:
• To accomplish the annual sales target by coaching, planning, implementing and developing sales tasks.
• Forecast, analyze and set sales strategies to develop expected sales volume and profit to follow the company policy.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for expansion of our business into new clients.
• Maintain sales volume to existing and new client by provide the best products, price and solutions.
• Build and maintain the good relationship between company and existing/new client.
• Source and present the new client projects to top management.
• Survey and analyze the market trends and competitors for more effective strategies.
• Review and approve all quotations included product details and conditions of each customers’ requirements.
• Control and monitor the delivery schedule to client as planned.
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile;
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Prepare monthly sales report to management.
• Perform others tasks as assigned.
Experience:
• At least 3 years' sales experience in a similar industry
• A high level of drive and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and be an active contributor to the team.
• A willingness and ability to learn.
• Excellent time management skills and highly organised.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups;
• Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work;
• Possess a personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation;
• Language Requirement : English
• Current Drivers License would be highly regarded.
