职位描述

Responsibility


- Estimation new project tooling feasibility
- Cooperate with supplier/plant PTC to develop new tooling, evaluate tooling DFM/mold flow/design, support tooling design solve tool develop issue
- Track tooling develop schedule and make sure tooling can be finished in time
- Check supplier tooling try to ensure tool can be work stably and process is stable
- Support supplier/PTC to transfer tool to plant, to be sure tool can be fixed in plant machine
- Lead through lesion learn after tool shipment
- Implement AL ID tool design standards
Qualification

Knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools; Knowledge of 3d CAD/UG software;
