职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To perform the investigation and set up the frame of quality management system for the company. Set up the management and improvement plan;
• To perform the investigation and set up the frame of quality management system for the company. Set up the management and improvement plan;
• To analyze the root cause base on the investigation data if any problem is found in quality system. Create improvement plan and implement;
• To monitor the effectiveness of quality management system via to perform internal audit and management review regularly;
• To perform document management and control;
• To evaluate the training result of employees for quality management system;
• To take the leader of external quality system audit handling;
• QC pillar of WCM activities;
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader

EXPERIENCES:
• Familiar with the quality management system of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001;
• Relative experience of engineering change management.
• Relative product certificate experience, eg. 3C, Emark, and quality knowledge, eg. ISO9001/IATF16949.
• Familiar with the process and quality control for manufacturing;
• Good communication skill with spoken, written during audit;
• OIA license.
• Quality Core tools knowledge, which includes APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、Control Plan.
