Main task:

Plan, order, control, and coordinate production related materials to guarantee a **-uninterruptable supply with required materials to the assembly process.

Arrange Production plan and ensure ** delivery reliability to customers.

Coordinate a safe and timely transportation with transport providers.

Duties and responsibilities:
岗位职责：
• Plan and order material via SAP including MRP.
使用SAP及MRP制定计划订购原材料
• Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to control inventory.
协调跟踪供应商按提前期及时发运，控制库存。
• Review MRP output and develop part purchasing schedules based on production requirements and associated activities and issue part purchasing schedules to suppliers to support a smooth operation.
根据生产需求和相关活动审核MRP输出及制定零件采购计划，并向供应商发布零件采购计划以支持顺利运作。
• Manage inventory including parts scheduling, fill rates, inventory levels in line with the plant goals and perform associated reporting.
根据工厂目标管理库存，包括零件计划、到货率、库存水平，并进行相关报告。
• Communicate with customer about forecast, investigation, ordering and information distribution.
与客户沟通关于预测、调查、订购、分配的相关信息。
• Responsible for initial expediting of production material into the plant in accordance with schedule parameters.
负责生产原料首次入厂的时间符合计划进度要求。
• Work with interfaces to develop and improve part planning methods and capacity utilization.
与相关接口一同开发和改进零件计划方案和产能利用率。
• Improve delivery performance inbound, inventory turn rates and logistics costs.
提高供应商交货表现和存货周转率，节约物流成本。


Competencies and experiences:
岗位要求：
• Bachelor’s degree or similar education or equivalent professional experience
本科毕业学士学位
• Min. of 3 years of professional experiences in supply chain or warehouse/material planning activities
至少三年供应链库房物料计划经验
• Automotive industry experience
汽车行业经验
• SAP-Materials Planning and Production Processing
SAP物料计划模块经验
• TS 16949-Premium Freight, Cycle Count, Material Planning

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
