In the role of “Customer Quality Engineer”, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies to grow the platform as a real product together with us and help to drive the architecture, implementation of best practices and the design of our microservices landscape for a fully connected future.

Your tasks:
• Ensure correct handling of non-conforming or suspect delivered goods according to procedure 0000-83-0100. Organize internal meetings to coordinate problem analysis and solution in case of customer claims or concerns.
• Handle customer claims and file 8D reports according to procedure 0000-83-0200.
• Keep close communication with the customer to get their expectation and feedback considered within the company.
• Support internal core team to review related technical documents.
• Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of customer non-conformities (claims and online service records) and customer PPM.

Your profile:
• MS Office required, SAP desired.
• Quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949.
• Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5.
• Quality management tools (Q7 tools).
• Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
