Your task:
· Detection Analysis: Define part detection methods, parameters, etc. to correctly identify particle types (metals, non-metals, fibers, etc.).
· Analysis of the source of foreign matter.
· Regular on-site cleanliness audits.
· Periodic environmental cleanliness testing.
· Tracking and rectification of non-conforming items of cleanliness.
· Cleanliness laboratory management, equipment routine maintenance.
Your profile:
· Familiar with VDA19.1, VDA19.2 standards.
· Familiar with cleanliness-related standards such as ISO16232, ISO14644.
· Experience with cleaning-in-place failure analysis.
