We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.



Your tasks:
• Responsible for application of import license import duty payment, domestic transportation monitoring and Customs clearance.
• Ensure data integrity related to tariff classification and value information declared to Customs authorities with familiar customs knowledge and regulations.
• Ensure customs documents prepared and progressed.
• Check and approve import shipping documents to guarantee receiving the standard and acceptable papers for clearance; pass correct documents and register with right receiving persons.
• Support and follow up custom clearance process.
• Communicate internally for logistic arrangement and smooth delivery process.
• Create qualified export shipping documents and finalize them with consignee’s confirmation.
• Handle claims for compensation with insurance company in case of cargo damage during transportation.
• Maintain complete import and export or domestic shipping document filing system in a professional and logical way.
• Working together with Local Agency to run process above smoothly, monitor performance.


Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, I&E or equivalent.
• 5 years as Import & Export experience.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
