We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.

Your tasks:
• Act as ZF representative at customer site, regularly visit to the customer contacts and production line, summarize the quality performance of ZF projects.
• Responsible for 0km and warranty claims quick response, emergent containment actions and **sible initial analysis.
• Support and follow on the new projects or change management at customer side, feedback the first hand information if there is some problem.
• Timely transfer the customer focus and demand back to the plant and the upper-level managers.
• Support the manufacturing plant to handle complaint parts return, warranty deduction, including liability confirmation, etc.
• Document the open issues. Coordinate between the plant and the customer for records, invoices alignment.
• Participate and collaborate at customers internal discussions, and act as interface between the plant and customer.

Your profile:
• Experience in quality, design, application, diagnostic, analysis or technical service in regards to car powertrain components. Prefer more than 3 years.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering or similar.
• High Grade of listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
