We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.



Your tasks:
• With mass production experience at automotive industry.
• Responsible for KPI date collecting: OEE, Quality, 5s, TPM,PPP.
• Responsible for the safety, quality and standard operation onsite.
• Production process improvement, quality control, training organize.
• Responsible for internal audit and external audit.
• ECM change management control.
• Review the internal weekly production plan, analyze the demand and formulate the relevant shift plan.
• Analysis of the production result from the previous day and introduce the necessary counter measures together with the team.
• Organize the workplaces to eliminate the waste on the shopfloor.
• collect and analyze production information, pro**e suggestions for improvement.
• Other tasks related to production.



Your profile:
• Bachelor or above in electrical engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years management experience of automotive assembly or machining industries, familiar with TS16949
• Know well about mass production, especially with the experience of Ramp up.
• Good English in reading and writing, be fluent in oral English.
• Skilled operation of office software(Excel, PPT, Power BI).
• Communication skills, ability to deal with conflict.
