职责描述:
- Provide stable, effective & efficient test system according to test specification.
根据测试标准保障测试系统的稳定及**。
- Create test plan and technical specification according to product design, quality and customer requirements.
根据产品设计,质量及客户需求制定测试计划和技术规格书。
- Develop supplier for test equipment and tooling.开发测试设备及工装的供应商。
- Develop and maintain test specifications and documentations like Test Plan, WI, and etc. 开发和维护测试标准和相关文档,如:测试计划,操作指导等。
- Define standards and documents for preventive maintenance (PM's) / TPM. 定义预防性维护体系和TPM体系的标准和文件。
- Work with cross functions to analysis failure parts to find root cause and make corrective actions. 与相关部门合作,分析不良品产生的根源并制定纠正措施。Create test plan and technical specification according to product design, quality and customer requirements.根据产品设计,质量及客户需求制定测试计划和技术规格书。

任职要求:
1. Bachelor or master degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent. 学士或硕士学位,电气工程,机械或工业工程相关专业
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of automotive electronics, mechatronic projects, HW/SW testing;3年以上汽车电子,机电一体化软硬件测试项目经验。
3. Good at in test technologies of PCBAs and experience of test equipment (e.g. AOI, ICT, FCT). Knowledge of analogue and digital measurement technology. 熟悉电路板组装相关测试技术,有相关设备的经验(如:自动光学检测,电路检测,功能检测)。熟悉模拟量和数字量检测技术。
4. Be familiar with PLC, C# and automation is a plus, basic knowledge is necessary. 具备PLC,C#和自动化基础知识。
5. Good English skills in written and oral.良好的英语读写和口语能力。
6. Must be self-motivated and team player. 自我激励和团队合作。
7. Good planning and organization/work management skills.良好的规划,组织和工作安排能8. Knowledge of IATF16949.具备汽车行业标准IATF16949知识。
8. Ability to use quality methods such as PFMEA, problem solving methods (Ishikawa, 5W),能够使用质量方法如:过程潜在失效模式分析,和问题解决方法(鱼骨图,5个为什么)。
