职位描述

We are looking for a new colleague in the Div E. at our location in Shenyang.

Your tasks:
• Analyze working principle of equipment and establish preventive plan refer to recommendation from supplier.
• Develop SOP sheet for equipment, lubricating plan (if necessary), WI of route check, WI of preventive maintenance. Establish daily check record.
• Assist maintenance technician analyze and solve those complex equipment fault.
• Evaluate status of equipment running status and establish improvement action.
• Develop training material and training operator & maintenance technician from technical side.
• Plan and manage spare part.
• Involved advance plan of new project and ensure smooth transfer from trial run to SOP.

Your profile:
• Good computer skills (MS Office Tools).
• Good capability on reading electrical & mechanical drawing of equipment.
• Familiar with TPM and related principle.
• Good communication skill and can work under high pressure.
• Familiar about PLC （Siemens or Beckhoff）.
• Technical understanding for assembly and relevant processes in automotive field.
