职位描述

Duties and responsibilities:
• Monitoring customer LAB, TOD, JIS-Call Offs, EINMOD, Re-Order and ASN and customer order dataflow EDI-SAP-PCS.
• Coordinate with customer and IT to solve any occurred error messages immediately.
• Creation of statistics of call-offs, forecast and variant overviews and transfer of data for reporting.
• Support the processing of special products (e.g. pre-series, re-order etc.).
• System relevant changes (internal sequences, assigning and changing order statuses).
• System wise support of production department in case of emergency situations.

Competencies and experiences:
• Above 3-year experiences in supply chain or material planning, familiar with SAP system.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Active and open communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
• High affinity to preciseness responsibility.
• Ability and willingness for a constant enhancement of existing skills.
• Ability to work independently and under stress.
