We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.

Your tasks:
• Be a communication bridge between R&D and Plant
• Maintain and optimize the test cases on FCT tester and EOL tester for series production.
• Quick response and troubles shooting support for the failed parts in plant.
• Review and release the test cases change during the Engineering change
• Data analysis for the test result.
• Fix the manual test bench and manual test for PCBA and inverter
• Handle customer quality claims regarding HW/SW and define corrective actions
• HW/SW customer support during ramp-up phase.
• Customer support regarding hardware testing.
Your profile:
• Be proficient in the circuit diagram test of PCBA.
• Be proficient in circuit analysis.
• Be proficient in test bench setting up regarding different test cases.
• Be Proficient in Vector CAN tools CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, vFlash.
• Be Proficient in CAN communication, CAN and UDS trace analysis.
• Experience for Teststand and Labview.
• Experience for test instruments (Power supply, DMM, Oscilloscope, power analyzer, etc).
• Experience for the high voltage product test.
• Be familiar for hardware design.
• Knowledge of functional safety.
• Knowledge in relevant norms and laws.
• Knowledge in mechatronic system, especially electronic systems.
• Working in team, supporting & implementing team decision.
• Learning by doing and continuous improvement, working on new projects or assignments.
• Active in communication and networking.
• Very good communication skills.
