We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.

Your tasks:
• Plan, coordinate and monitor medium- and short-term production processes, performance, KPIs and production personnel.
• Develop production schedules and guarantee a cost effective production.
• Develop and review the investment strategy and machine capacity plan for the manufacturing process.
• Plan, coordinate and allocate human and material resources on basis of the production plan.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Guarantee adherence to production quality standards and a cost efficient production process.
• Monitor product and production quality standards to achieve a high quality delivery to the customer.
• Cooperate with managers to implement ZF policies and realize ZF goals.
• Oversee and guarantee the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Supervise, motivate and develop the production team.


Your profile:
• Degree in business or technical field with strong technical background.
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in a production environment.
• Min. 5 years of supervisory/managerial responsibility.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Good communication skills with people of diff. professional level.
• Profound analytical and problem solving skills.
• Solid PC skills (MS Office, SAP basics).
• Fluent English.
