In the role of “Quality Manager”, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies to grow the platform as a real product together with us and help to drive the architecture, implementation of best practices and the design of our microservices landscape for a fully connected future.

Your tasks:

* Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards and a quality management system on basis of ZF standards.
* Develop and specify inspection and test plans on basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods and tools based on ZF standards.
* Support the certification according to ISO IATF16949.
* Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors.
* Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions.
* Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes.
* Cooperate with customers, sub-contractors and independent inspection and actively engage in global ZF Quality Management Network.
* Lead, motivate and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management.
* Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects.

Your profile:

* Degree in engineering or quality management.
* Min. 5 years of professional experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Fluent English.
