PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role will lead engineering services of Estate of the footprint project under the leadership of plant. Fulfill tasks for design and continuous optimization of plant layout and function for plant building, facilities, and other related equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan plant layout and function, to manage the production capacity and smooth operation.
• To keep the plant facilities assigned running safely and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of service contractors and landlord to ensure compliance and meet operational needs.
• Setup and implement preventive, predictive maintenance plan for facilities assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor’s degree with Engineering Majors
LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English

EXPERIENCES:
• Over 5 years’ experience in facilities management / new building setup at automotive industry or in related working.
• Over 3 years experiences experience in people management.
• Experienced in local building laws and safety laws for new buildings/ expansion.
• Able to coordinate with government and internal Marelli departments for local compliance for new buildings and plants.

OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Be familiar with CAD is preferred.
• Be familiar with Facilities technical knowledge and related standards, including mechanics, steel structure, welding, civils, HVAC, and facilities issues in such as buildings, firefighting, etc.
