职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Define and support of software architecture for innovative lighting system.
2. To lead team member to analyze, generate and maintain software requirements
3. Manage working hours and cost
4. To evaluate the performance and leadership of his staff
5. Work with HR for staff hiring and people management.
6. Provide necessary support on customer and other departments from software perspective
7. To report to the Dept. Manager the progress of all his tasks and status of the team.
8. To plan investment according to budget and project needs.
9. To keep close contact with HQ & ensure know-how transfer into local team according to company strategy
10. To enforce all quality related activities within his team.
11. Keep close contact to the customers, suppliers and other departments.
12. To be accountable of the design done in his department.
13. To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
14. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
1. University diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related majors.
2. At least 5-year work experiences in embedded SW, and minimum 2 years or above project/software management experiences.
3. Experienced in C programming, software development tool chain, requirement management and automotive standards.
4. Experienced in Can, Lin or SPI bus application and Autosar environment.
5. Good PC skills.
6. Work experience in automotive industry is better.
7. Project management skills.
8. Working experience in Automotive industry is better.
9. Knowledge of ASPICE is better.
10. Customer orientation, willing to travel, able to work under pressure.
11. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
12. Good communication skills.
