MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Frequently visit customer, develop new opportunities for AL&S products.
- Build up strong relationship with customer, including act as Interface between customer and internal, fully responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Gather insights about market trends from customers, competitors, and investigate what that means for the product, convey the information to internal to help us to improve our product competition.
- Meet customers from different perspective to understand, which problems they face, and the jobs they want the product to solve for them. Identifying not only products/ product features, but focusing on pro**itions and benefits.
- Gather information from customers, market, competitors to help management understand what **ition we are, our advantage and disadvantage, finally can use his/her influence with customer to make decision.
- Help product manager to make the product planning.
- Produce creative and customizable content (videos, presentations, webinars, animations, infographics, fact sheets) focused on key technologies, to drive awareness, interest, and consideration at target OEMs
- Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Direct. Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
- B.S. degree need
- Minimum 8 years China auto industry working experience
- Good oral and written English communication ability
- Basic computer skill
CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT:
- Excellent communication skill, customer management experience
- Willing to frequent travel over China and good at teamwork
