职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1.Estimation new project tooling feasibility;
2.Cooperate with supplier/plant PTC to develop new tooling, evaluate tooling DFM/mold flow/design, support tooling design solve tool develop issue;
3.Track tooling develop schedule and make sure tooling can be finished in time;
4.Check supplier tooling try to ensure tool can be work stably and process is stable;
5.Support supplier/PTC to transfer tool to plant, to be sure tool can be fixed in plant machine;
6.Lead through lesion learn after tool shipment;
7.Implement AL ID tool design standards.

Qualifications:
1.College or above major in mold design and manufacture or elated;
2.Minimum 5 years working experience as a tooling design;
3.Knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools;
4.Knowledge of 3d CAD/UG software;
