职位描述

Job responsibilities：

1. Manage plastic injection part business.
2. Quotes analysis.
3.Develop short and long term cost reduction projects.
4. Presentation of the projects in the MSC and VA/VE.
5. Resourcing/ localization presentation in the Sourcing Committee.
6. Consolidate and rationalization of the supplier panel.
7. Contract negotiations, issue purchase orders in the system.
8. Control QCD supplier performance.
9. Keep updated the purchasing system.
10. Monthly analysis and report of the PPI,PMS.
10. Feedback and coordination with the logistic planner / Finance on time payment to ensure plants supply
14. Continuous communication with the suppliers.
15. File, control and maintain the documentation generated.
16. Comply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions (those applicable).
17. All those activities generated as a result of changes, requirements and/or improvement in the process of the applicable area.
18. Other tasks assigned by manager.
19. Support suppliers selection/ tools transfer for assembly line production site change

Requirements：
1. Education:
-Completed College Degree preferred
2. Experience:
-3-5 years purchasing experience.
3. Skills:
-Problem solving and analysis techniques.
-Communication and feedback ability.
-Negotiation skills.
-Cost breakdown analysis, especial plastic injection parts, with metallization surface treatment.
-Knowledge of computer packages (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Local and partially worldwide supplier market knowledge.
-English 90% (written and spoken).
-Quality and environment procedures and/or instructions of the area.
-Production process. Molding, injection, preferred.
