职位描述

Responsibilities
- To ensure each project and task can deliver on time.
- Lead the hardware design team technical investigation and innovation in project to increase the product technical and cost competence in the market.
- To ensure each electronic design can fulfill AL latest requirement for different stage.
- To organize the internal design review to check the design in technical, reliability cost behavior.
- To lead the activity to solve all the hardware problem and issue the project and issue in project .
- To support the supplier and plant for the electronic industrialization to make sure the design transfer successfully to product.
- To train the team members for their work skill and improve team members motivation.
- To balance the working load and ensure the technical information and issue being shared in team.
- To lead and encourage team members to build-up the competence of cross-function working skills.
- To take care of the welfare and the discipline of his staff. All personal matters the department head has to be consulted.
- To work closely with HQ and ensure that the company design strategy, design guide and lesson learn to be transferred into local team.
- In order to meet project schedules, the section head or the department head can assign staff on a temporary job related basis. On all personnel related action he is conferring with his superior.
- Besides internal resources, external resources such as consultations etc. can be used. The use of such resources is fully under the designers responsibility is as long as their economics is approved by the department head.
- Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Work with HQ and technical except to defined the technical roadmap and system architecture.
- Leader with team to support the industrialization team to do the manufacture optimize, tolerance analysis and robust design.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, equivalent or higher; major in electrical engineering, communication engineering or related
- More than 6 years’ experience in the hardware design products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable. Or more than 4 years’ experience in AL in both headlamp & rearlamp hardware design.
- At least 2 year experience as team leader or similar role in a team with more than 5 engineers
- Familiar with the DC/DC design, EMC debugging, components selection. Have knowledge about the software design.
- Familiar with the function safety (ISO26262), DFMEDA, FMEDA, FTA, WCCA.
- Good PC skills especially in Cadence software, have the knowledge of CATIA– AUTOCAD software;
- Deeply understanding about power electronic and automotive lighting.
- Industrialization design knowledge, DFSS.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must. Japanese is advantage
